White prevails against Colored, a close game 26-21
White team managed to grab a victory in a unanimous decision against a close phased game between the Colored team 26-21 in the Media Convergence Basketball Exhibition Game at the STEFTI Basketball court on December 5, after the game was early concluded due to the unexpected weather condition.
An entertaining scenario that left the crowd occupied as two teams played in a head to head action that ended with the White team declared as the winner.

White team’s star player and Power Forward Taneo was the catalyst in the team’s victory as he dominated the game with an excessively accumulated 12 points.
“If you want to be the best, then beat the best” White team captain Aralar stated. It was the first half of the first quarter and Taneo started to work early as he puts up dozens of layups that gave his team a headstart, Colored team captain and point guard Myeres did not tolerate the flow of the game and began outsmarting the White team’s rosters as he accurately directed his teammates and used every opening as an opportunity for them to score and win the first quarter in a tight game of 20-19.
The weather began to unexpectedly change that it made the second quarter crucial and was assumed to be the last quarter, the game resulted in a deadlock but Ligutan puts up a three and gave his team a light of hope, Taneo once again raged off the court and also gave off points to his team, White team managed to overcome a one-point deficit and ended the game with the score 21-26.
